Designed around the needs of aging, the duplex
provides residents with features to ease complications associated with growing older. The single-story residence utilizes Marvin’s automated operable windows, floor lighting, accessible counter heights, custom cabinetry, and floor plan circulation designed for residents with limited mobility.
GREEN LEDGE APARTMENTS
With floors receding as levels progress, the building creates ample opportunity for daylight through windows and patio doors. Additionally, this design decision allows for unique decks and private green space for all residents.
Convergence Cultural Center
Santa Fe, New Mexico has a rich culture, built throughout history with culture coming from the native Pueblo tribes, Spanish settlers, and northern traders. Convergence Cultural Center is designed to represent this historically built culture. Convergence Cultural Center is a place to not only represent culture and history, but explore, educate visitors, and celebrate it as well.
